Return policy

• According to Law no. 449/2003, updated in 2008 and GD 34/2014, you can return one or all products purchased from our online store within 14 working days from the physical receipt of the product(s), without penalties or giving a reason.

What steps do you need to take to return products?

Any Recharge Center customer can return products, without giving a reason for this choice, within 14 days of the purchase.

Return conditions

• The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving the reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is obliged to notify via a written email notification (

• If the cosmetic products are not received in the same condition in which they were delivered, will not refund the amount paid for the products. If you open the individual packaging in which the ordered products were delivered, you have unsealed them, thus confirming that the products were the ones ordered and matched your requirements and you can no longer return them to, as they are no longer subject to the Buyer’s right to withdraw from the contract.

• The package must be returned via a national shipping company (return via the Romanian postal services is not accepted)

• The shipping costs for returning the products shall be borne by the customer

• The products shall be returned to 1A Brick Factory St., 68 Villa, district 1, Bucharest for SC Recharge Center SRL.

• If the product received by you is not the product you ordered or if it reached you in a non-compliant condition (it leaked, the bottle was broken during transportation, etc.) please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. The product will not be replaced if the notification is received after this deadline. Please send the notification to the email address accompanied by an image of the non-compliant product and the issue will be solved as soon as possible.

Decreasing the value of returned goods

• We understand that the online environment does not allow the Buyer the opportunity to check the goods before purchasing the product, so we wanted to let you know that in order to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the Goods, the Buyer must handle the product in the same manner in which he/she would be allowed to in a physical store. E.g: The buyer must NOT use the essential oils, floral waters or bath salts for a certain time and then express the desire to return them.

• If the Buyer exercises his right of withdrawal after using the Goods (the products are unsealed/used/mishandled), the Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Goods. More explicitly, the Seller shall retain an amount of money from the total price of the returned Product, representing the decrease in the value of the Product in a percentage ranging between 40% and 60% of the initial value of the Product, as the case may be. The equivalent value of the decrease fee will be communicated to the Buyer upon receipt of the returned Goods. This equivalent value shall be returned by the Seller in the bank account provided by the Buyer within 7 days from the date on which it was acknowledged.

What are the steps of a product replacement?

• Notify us of your intention to replace the purchased products(s) by any means of written communication available (email:, document delivered by courier, etc.) within a maximum of 14 working days of the receipt of the products.

• Pack them properly so they do not become damaged during transportation.

• SC Recharge Center will bear the payment of the return transportation of the package with the product(s) you want to replace, if: 1) your replacement order is over RON 250; 2) the products sent, despite the 3 mandatory checks performed by our team, are defective or 3) the products shipped are not the products ordered; 4) the information provided about the product in our online store differs substantially from the product ordered and delivered.

• If you want to replace products already ordered and delivered because you do not like them or they no longer match your requirements, we will agree to their replacement without any further issue, but a shipping fee of RON 30.00 will apply (RON 15 for the return of the original order + RON 15 for the delivery of the newly chosen products). To avoid this cost, please check the pictures and information provided on the website, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to provide all the information you need, so that the products chosen and ordered match your requirements perfectly.

• Product replacement procedure: when the courier arrives at your place with the new order, please hand over the package with the products originally ordered. The transportation document (AWB) that must accompany this package can be found in the plastic protective foil on the package that will reach you or we can send it to your email address to print and insert in the plastic envelope that the courier will provide you with.

• If your replacement order has a lower value than the original order, we will pay the difference in your bank account which you can send to us by email alongside the bank account holder’s name. For the original orders paid by card via EuPlatesc, the difference shall be returned directly to the card, through the same payment platform, in maximum 3 days from the receipt of the returned package.
